Oh... Let me type this out everything in the letter I receive !
Congratulations to you on being a awarded the Certificate of Merit (COM) by ITE for your outstanding academic performance in the National ITE Certificate in Building Drafting (Architectural) course. The COM is awarded to the top 5% of the graduates from each course who meet the criteria.
2. The COM will be presented to you at the joint ITE Graduation Ceremony 2010 of all COM recipients from the 3 ITE Colleges. The details of the ITE Graduation Ceremony 2010 for academic year 2009/2010 will be sent to you in June 2010.

3. Your Nitec certificate will be issued to you by your College. Your College will inform you separately on the collection of your Nitec certificate.
